Die Vergasernadel ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Vergasersystems eines Motorrads. Sie ist diejenige, die den Kraftstofffluss in den Vergaser öffnet und die Mischung von Kraftstoff und Luft ermöglicht. Die Polaris Magnum 425 benötigt einen Zündstift mit einem bestimmten Durchmesser und muss in der richtigen Position zur Hauptdüse montiert werden. Im Laufe der Zeit wird es auch notwendig sein, den Zündstift im Vergaser zu justieren, was durch spezielle Nuten ermöglicht wird. Eine falsche Position, ein Einstellfehler oder eine Beschädigung der Vergasernadel kann die Kraftstoffdosierung ernsthaft stören. Aus diesem Grund verlangt Polaris Magnum 425 hier eine regelmäßige Kontrolle des Zündstiftes und, falls dieser beschädigt ist, einen sofortigen Austausch.
