Der Kupplungshebel ist eine einfache Möglichkeit, den Kupplungsvorgang zu steuern. Mit dem Hebel können Sie das System beim Schalten und in jeder Situation, die das Trennen von Antriebsstrang und Motor erfordert, einfach einkuppeln. Neben den Standardhebeln gibt es bei Yamaha YFB 250 auch robustere geschmiedete Hebel oder sogar Hebel, die mit CNC-Technik hergestellt werden. Denken Sie jedoch daran, dass der Kupplungshebel unabhängig vom Typ richtig montiert und eingestellt sein muss. Das gilt sowohl für den Hebelgriff als auch für die Befestigung am Lenker. Wer hier Fehler macht, riskiert Probleme beim Schalten und kann sogar zu Schäden am Antriebsstrang oder Motor führen. Achten Sie darauf, ob der Kupplungshebel in seine Ausgangsposition zurückkehrt. Während bei einem gebrochenen Yamaha YFB 250 nur der Kupplungshebel ausgetauscht werden muss, ist bei einem Versagen des Griffs der Austausch des gesamten Mechanismus erforderlich.
